"We had an absolutely outstanding experience with Dewa as our guide this week while traveling with my two children (ages 5 and 9). From the very beginning, he was responsive, kind, and incredibly well organized. Our day started with an 8:00 am pickup, and he took us on a thoughtfully planned tour that included a coffee plantation, views of Mount and Lake Batur, a local elementary school, a village temple, a traditional Balinese house compound, rice fields, and a delicious lunch of Indonesian fried rice or noodles. Originally, we had planned a cycling tour with Dewa, but as our youngest was struggling with Bali's heat, he quickly adapted and suggested switching to a driving tour instead. This flexibility made all the difference and showed how attentive and considerate he is. Throughout the day, Dewa shared his deep knowledge of the area and Balinese culture in a way that was engaging and easy to understand. The plantation was breathtaking, the staff and people everywhere he took us to were warm and welcoming, and our kids had an unforgettable time—playing pretend at the school and even joining local boys for a game of football at the house compound. Dewa is calm, professional, and genuinely kind. He also went above and beyond by showing us a few extra spots along the way, which made the experience even more special. We learned so much, saw incredible places, and felt completely taken care of the entire time. I would highly recommend Dewa to anyone visiting Bali—especially families!"
